That’s two short sale approvals granted this month listed by Tamara Inzunza (Alexandria VA CDPE listing agent)! Perhaps the banks were working overtime to get short sales approved because of the First-Time Home Buyer Tax credit, that we now know will be extended, pending inking the deal by President Obama. At any rate, this is a win-win situation for buyer, seller, and buyer agent.
